43. A Deep Dive into the History of Animal Agriculture
Listen now
Description
Today my high school history teacher interviews ME about how animal agriculture grew to be one of the most powerful, yet destructive industries of our time. We take things all the way back to hunting and gathering and then fast forward to the boom of the Industrial Revolution and then make our way to discuss the shit show of modern day agriculture. Topics in this podcast include my bad behavior in high school, how I went vegan, methods to create change, government subsidies, food waste, environmental destruction, health and big pharma and more. You don't wanna miss this one... I hope these two ladies reevaluate their life choices after our discussion.
