Description
Let's talk the future of fashion people! I had the pleasure of interviewing the CEO of Material Innovation Initiative, Nicole Rawling about Next Gen materials and sustainability. Nicole began her journey as a lawyer in the animal rights space before transitioning to becoming the CEO of MII which acts as a sustainability consultant for major fashion brands. Material Innovation Initiative aims to accelerate the availability of high-quality, high-performance, animal-free, and environmentally preferred materials. Today I ask Nicole about where the fashion industry is at today in terms of their willingness to leave animals off their lines. She breaks down the complex science, data and consumer research to give us an answer. Enjoy the episode guys! *This Episode is also available on Spotify, Apple, Google Play.
