Not just in Britain, not just in the Netherlands and Europe, but around the world, he's changed the perspective of how people (should) cook. Niet alleen in Groot-Brittannië, niet alleen in Nederland of in Europa, maar over deze hele wereld heeft hij het perspectief van koken (of hoe je zou moeten koken) compleet en significant veranderd. Met deze podcast, of moet ik zeggen vodcast? laat Jamie zien, dat het niet veel kost (lees: gratis) om met zijn ideeën en recepten aan de slag te gaan.”

“Overall pretty good. His tips are helpful, the dishes don't require a lot of ingredients and are fast to prepare and cook. At the top end I liked the chicken parma ham dish and at the other end I thought the pasta dish with peas and mint was average. More recipies would be nice...”
