Just ok.
I love that these ladies love the Lord. My only issue was that I went for a walk hoping to encounter wisdom for handling big emotions... however out of 45 minutes of a podcast I think the subject was touched for at most 10 minutes. Too much personal chatter that I felt I needed to fast forward through to get to the meat. With wisdom comes responsibility and these ladies have that wisdom, just need to focus more on it within the podcast.
