Young Women leaders are called to help the young women learn to live the standards of the Church.

The Young Women presidency counsels together, teaches the gospel, and provides opportunities for young women to apply gospel principles.

The Personal Progress program is designed to help young women gain testimonies and work toward making temple covenants.
