She explains how this 49-day counting ritual helps us to delve into and develop our shadow and emerge from slavery at Passover and transform into someone with a true freedom mindset. Traditionally this was a time to count the forty nine days between the barley and wheat offerings in the mishkan (tabernacle) and later the Temple.
