Longtime followers of Jimmy's Jobs of the Future may have picked up on the fact that I'm dyslexic, a detail that becomes even more evident if you've perused my substack. While some people label dyslexia as a business superpower, as Richard Branson has done, it's perhaps easier to declare such sentiments when you're worth several hundred million quid and own your private island. Growing up and especially in the early stages of my career, I didn't always perceive dyslexia as a superpower. However, over time, things have changed for the better. Our understanding of dyslexia and various forms of neurodiversity has significantly advanced. Much credit for this progress goes to our guest today, Dan Harris, who has served as a director at Deloitte for an impressive 22 years.
