This podcast features special guest and RPCV Leaders in Action features a conversation with Helene Dudley. She is a two-time RPCV and founder/Executive Director of TCP Global, an award-winning micro-lending program empowering underserved populations in 14 countries. Come learn about her unique background and inspirational program, TCP Global. In 2000, she collaborated with other Colombia RPCVs to establish The Colombia Project to help people displaced by violence in Colombia to reestablish financial independence. By 2016, the program had evolved as TCP Global and engaged the National Peace Corps Association as its 501c3 and fiscal agent. Since 2016, TCP Global has issued over 8900 loans worth $1.5 million in 14 countries. Helene is the executive director.    FEATURED GUEST: Helene Dudley served in the Peace Corps in Colombia (1968-70) and Slovakia (1997-99). She is a past president of Returned Peace Corps Volunteers of South Florida and past president of the Rotary Club of Coconut Grove,  Florida.
