Age does not matter
At 65 this march i usually run 2 miles a day, or wear a vest for 2 miles, or vest and i kettlebell. Joes podcast keep me going during the cardio mornings. Four afternoons i strength train so keep pressing no matter what your age. One last thing on top of that 2 knee replacements, zero shoulder cartlige, Thanks Joe for all the new ideas for shoulders. I NEEDED IT.
