D&D used to be scary
If you’re queer, non binary, and/or female you’ve probably been scared off by D&D. Bc it’s always been a boys game and has the stereotype of basement dwellers with a bible full of rules sneering and laughing at you wanting to play. This podcast has really erased that stigma, and I am so happy that I stumbled across it. I’m totally going to get my friends and go on an adventure. I am really excited about this bc I’ve always wanted to play, but was too afraid of being laughed at by the people playing or by asking people to play. But I’ve found that a lot of my friends have always wanted to play too, but they were scared off by the rules, or the stereotypes surrounding it. As I said before, D&D isn’t so scary since I started listening.
