“As someone whose super into Dylan but also in my early 20s, none of my friends can longer bear me talking about why Wigwam is such a great song or why I’ve watched every piece of footage from RTR (both legs of the tour) 10x over. these guys provide a dialogue that’s unlike that of most other conductors of Dylan discourse (read: they’re under 60y/o) & it’s nice to have a balance. I do sorta wish they’d fact-check stuff a bit more or at least read more about Bob beyond wikipedia, but hey, I’m assuming this is just a lockdown-boredom fueled project so who am I to judge their level of research! It’s also fun to hear them try & use adjectives other than “jaunty” in their song descriptions. Glad I stumbled across this; they gotta do the Bootlegs next”
