Bjorn Stenbacka is a Finnish entrepreneur who can trace his involvement with Formula One back to the early 1990s. Back then, he was asked by Finland's first world drivers' champion Keke Rosberg to employ his cutting edge analytical techniques to attract sponsors to help then-up and coming compatriot Mika Hakkinen enter the sport.
Bjorn has recently co-founded Spomotion Analytics with another Scandinavian former F1 driver, Stefan Johansson, bringing to the market a new way to analyse sports partnerships and make investment decisions. This episode tells the story of what happened in three decades between.
