“You guys need to understand that the people aren’t here to listen to you. Repeated guest interruptions, rambling personal storytelling often without point, and seemingly unpreparedness with regard to questions make for the need to skip and skip in search of the guest’s speaking parts. The only reason I come back is for the sometimes quality guests. I hope that with effort and self awareness you will improve. I say this without hatred, but I hit a breaking point early in your interview with Tony. Come on guys!! Get it together!!! Stop interrupting!!!!”
