In celebration of International Day of People with Disability 2021, disability advocate and LGBTIQA+ advocate Ruby Mountford interviews Dr Rhonda Galbally. Dr Galbally is a Commissioner of the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disabilities. She worked to develop the National Disability and Carer Alliance that brought together people with disabilities, families and carers with services to campaign for the National Disability insurance Scheme. With a career spanning decades in positions at the highest levels, Dr Galbally has fought for the rights of people with disabilities and families to bring about a more inclusive future.
