Joyful Courage- Casey 0’Roarty
Where to begin???? Let me start with a heart overflowing with gratitude for YOU being who you are Casey! I discovered your podcast while searching for a podcast that would support my journey and learning about mindfulness, way back when you were on “episode 40 something”. From the first show I listened to I was hooked. Your podcast was abundantly more than what I was looking/hoping for in my search. I remember feeling like...for the first time ever... that there were other parents out there who feel like I do about the craziness, beauty, pain, confusion, shame and overwhelming joy of being a parent on this earth! Casey you have not once failed to deliver a helpful episode whether it is your skillful, interviews with your multitude of amazing and knowledgeable guests or your eye opening raw and real solo shows. Your ability to be so vulnerable with all your listeners and shares about “being IN the muck” with us is so appreciated. What you do matters...it matters more than my words alone could ever express. Please know that my heart is with you in your personal family struggles right now! You’ve helped me to remember to Trust in the value of the Relationship and that our kiddos are on “their path” not ours.... I believe that on the other side of these difficulties your family is facing there will be a whole lotta goodness! Big, Big Love right back at you Casey! XO💕
