You keep mentioning the specific instructions, but you don’t explain why this happened. That’s unacceptable.
I have a subscription that would’ve lasted until June 20 25 and I am unable to be refunded and this whole thing is a huge disappointment and straight up pathetic and shows how unorganized you and your family are.”
