Jacob Grier
Interesting podcast until Jacob Grier who is not rational at all and has completely bought the corporate media narrative with all of their lies. Both candidates are poor, but there is zero upside for Kamala Harris being president. Jacob Grier is not a libertarian by any stretch of the imagination. Personally I voted for RFK jr, but between Trump and Harris, Thump is far better or rather much less bad. Jacob Grier brought up Tim Walz as a good thing. I’ve been aware of Tim Walz since before he became governor and aside from before being elected, have regretted ever believing his numerous lies. It’s a toss up between Harris and Walz as who is worst. The first two guests were reasonable and Jacob Grier is just a democrat partisan masquerading as a libertarian. How could an actual libertarian believe so little libertarian ideas. Chase Oliver is far more libertarian than Jacob Grier Is. I can’t express enough of just how repulsive and ignorant Jacob Grier is. He embodies the very worst aspects of our current political climate. Simply disgusting. It’s not that he supports Harris, it his unquestioningly swallowing the lies and distortions of the corporate media even after they have been exposed as lies and dishonest distortions. Like I said, I don’t like Trump, but he isn’t who they portray. The hyperbolic rhetoric is far worse coming from the anti trump camp than Trump. This is astounding as Trump is crass. As an independent viewing from the outside, I’m left feeling disgusted with the anti trump camp far more than Trump. Not enough to vote for him, but surely would not reward the disgraceful people and their candidate Harris.

Wow, the Hughes v Balko hit job was a pathetic piece of biased and uneducated “journalism” if that’s what it claims to be. Misunderstand and misrepresent the Hughes piece and then distract with straw man arguments. I expect more from a publication affiliated with Reason.

Too much interrupting and talking over each other. It makes it hard to listen. Listening to the Balko episode felt like a 3 on 1 debate.. Ill try another episode and see if its any better

After reading the 1 star reviews focusing on the Hughes/Balko debate, of course I had to listen. The negative reviews got it right. Hughes presents a clearly defined, logically rigorous argument. Wolfe and Balko are full of hot air. When Hughes defends his argument in a coherent way, Wolfe and...Read full review »
