“Melissa Alison and Gabe have gotten me through so much life, turmoil, and nights when I struggle to fall asleep. I have been a follower of Just Between Us since the early youtube days and have literally been shaped by much of Alison’s advice and Gabe’s ideas of queerness. Melissa is the ultimate homie and even when she only pipes in at the end of the episode, she always has an interesting tidbit to contribute. When the show shifted to be independent I thought they just stopped uploading and am so glad that’s not the case! Though, it was nice to have a backlog of content to catch up on as I just went through a bit of a lonely transition moving to a new town and finding my first job post college. Much love to y’all.
My only critique is that I would love for Melissa’s mic to be turned up so I can catch all her wisdom and for Gabe’s to be turned down just a bit <3”
