As advertised
I've been listening to this podcast for what seems like a long time now, and these guys consistently deliver very high-level discussion about low-stakes cash hands. They don't waste any time with catching up or chatting about life, they just get right into table dynamics and playing history and other relevent factors as they take the audience through a hand street by street and action by action. I like that they don't always agree, and they aren't afraid to argue the merits of one plan over another - some of the most insightful analysis comes from one of their positions being challenged by the other. One of the most valuable aspects of the show is their post-production breakdown of the hands on their website. This process drills down much more specifically and concretely into the players ranges and equities, and really helps to emphasise more clearly why some actions are mathematically more likely to be profitable in the long run - and seeing how Jack and Zach break it down really makes it easier to imagine and practice doing it yourself. This is a really helpful podcast for anyone looking to expand their knowledge about poker strategy, and you can tell they enjoy recording it, which makes it fun to listen to as well. Keep it up, fellas.

They also have a forum where they and other experienced players will help with your game. But it all starts with the podcast,...Read full review »

Part of what makes the show innovative and unique is that they ardently...Read full review »
