“What a marvelous idea! EM and SH have exactly the same chemistry as their characters did- and they are an ideal pair for a podcast, with roles roughly akin to their roles in the sitcom. EM offers a solid, articulate foundation- off of which SH plays beautifully. But just to be clear- EM is extremely funny and SH expresses himself quite well. My only disappointments- 1) They are not playing actual excerpts from the show (as West Wing Weekly did to such brilliant effect) … and 2) They could do a bit more literal quoting of great lines. Also- They have made no mention thus far of any of their costars being among future guests on the podcast. I hope we will be hearing from DM and MM at some point. But all that aside, bravo for a terrific podcast. One thing I especially appreciate is that it never slides into the all-too-common podcast practice of friends chatting with little if any regard for the l audience. Both of these hosts are consistently aware that they are doing this for people listening in on their conversation, which results in just enough polish. (I can’t stand sloppy podcasts where it sounds like three buddies shooting the breeze in a Burger King booth and we’re just eavesdropping.) Yours is exactly what a great podcast should be- something done with intelligence and care. Thank you!!!”
