Episode 6: Acts 8 — Magic & Money
Listen now
Description
Acts chapter 8 tells us the story of the spread of the Gospel through a man named Phillip. He meets Simon the Magician, who thought he knew God but didn’t really. He also talks with a man from Ethiopia and tells him that the book he is reading is about Jesus!  These stories show us that even though followers of Jesus were driven from Jerusalem, it actually served to further God's plan, to bring the good news to Judea, Samaria and to the ends of the earth. Nothing, not even death, can stop God's plans. After you listen, head over to readkaleidoscope.com and check out the podcast tab to submit your answers for a chance to win fantastic prizes!
