Listening really helps
I have enjoyed reading books by Karl and many of his guests over the years. Hearing him explain his insights, while also listening to the thoughts of many of the foremost experts in how our brains work in sports, has brought another way to discover more. I find myself using his tips on the course and away from it. Listing the three things from the day that I am grateful for, to myself, last thing at night is extremely powerful (even after a rubbish round).

This is THE best podcast for golfers & it’s so much more. The strength is the variety of subjects covered. Karl covers a wide range of ideas and themes with really interesting guests. As someone who doesn’t like overly technical ideas, the simplicity in which Karl presents his thoughts and ideas is welcomed.
