Sara Isgur isn’t a credible legal analyst
I like David, Mo, and Sara, but the deference shown to Sara isgur’s legal views is inappropriate. She was a spokesperson at DOJ, not someone who actually litigated cases. Her comments on the insurrection indictment reflect a political judgment, not a legal analysis. She is entitled to her political perspective and it is interesting to hear her political views, but as a former DOJ trial attorney, who actually litigated cases, including cases involving national security and executive privilege issues, it is annoying to hear her political views treated as legal commentary. Please enlist a lawyer who can speak credibly on the legal issues.
