Long time listener, first time unsubscriber
I’ve been an LRC listener since I moved to LA in the late 90s. I’ve seen their show live at UCLA. But sadly, I’ve lost interest in the current iteration. The current host and panelists have great intentions, but their comraderie, push to be kindler and gentler and somewhat monotonous, predictable takes have left the show flat and without a reason for being. Maybe it’s the polarized political moment that makes the show seem less vital as it tries so hard to be a place of non-polarization. But it’s the non-polarization that also makes the show seem less like a civilized political debate and more like 3 pals having a sad beer. I’m not sure when LRC lost its edge, but I am no longer compelled by it.

This program summing up the week. in a easy but deeply reflected way. I´s a way to understand US way of thinking for a European.

This is really good and interesting show. I can't wait to get the next one. I do have one complaint. Ariana Huffington. I think she was much better suited for her role on the old "Green Acres" TV Show.Read full review »

Informative, balanced (yet not bland everybody in the middle, we all think the same), a very good look into political ideas of the week.
