“I am a hardcore podcast listener; most of my favorites are about books and reading, politics or the arts. Although I occasionally get attached to a podcaster, my deep love has always been for content, format and smarts.
Until now. The kcacy content and format are great (I’ve learned a lot), and these women are both very smart, but what makes me do a little happy dance when a new episode drops is that I love listening to them talk to each other. About pretty much anything. I’d listen to them talk fractals, or soil amendment or the history of log skidding.
I miss my mom, with whom I was very close. She was a knitter who tried many times to teach me, and it turned out I was a crocheter. The easy affection between this mother and daughter reminds me of my mom in the best possible way. Plus they like Outlander as much as I do, and I’ve learned how to block FOs better, save my beloved old socks, and keep my stews moist.
Please don’t ever stop making this podcast.”
