Quit making excuses for undereducated losers who want to exert power over others and think they’re above the law. Maybe for a criminal incident but a coffee isn’t an excuse for illegal parking. If I flip off a member of the public while I’m at work, I get fired. If this cop can’t control her emotions in a stressful situation, I hope they take away her gun.
