It can be a big adjustment learning to keep on top of life whilst working more than you are used to and so I wanted to talk about this and how I have adjusted. Having a good work-life balance is essential to mitigate against burnout. We have so many different things we have to fit into our lives and make time for such as our hobbies, chores, exercise, socialising, and self-care activities. I hope this episode provides some practical and useful tips to help you learn how to balance your life while working full-time or part-time or however much you work.
