“As a former WCW mark, I have always been a fan of Konnan because of his ability to say what he wants without worrying about the consequences. His views on wrestling are educated, experienced and all make sense to a point where the wrestling/sport/general discussions on Keeping It 100 make it an easy listen! And it also makes me laugh having the man Disco on the show and the chemistry between the pair.

“I love the way the show is programmed. It has interviews like all the other 3,872 wrestling podcasts, but they cut the interviews up and sprinkle segments in over several episodes.
