Amazing!
I have learned SO much from this podcast, and have gained a more well rounded perspective of what “fitness” means. As Brad says, the outward physical improvements are just the icing on the cake, while the mental, emotional, and spiritual gains are far more valuable. Thank you for taking the time each week to teach and inform this community on what matters most, and for changing my fitness mindset for good!
