“Im gonna start off saying that brad and his crew are not only very knowledgeable and skilled in what they do, but they are truly down to earth real people, I remember I originally met brad while he was at THF, I was working with another guy at the time and my work outs were the same, they were dull boring and my meal plans were worse, I would literally eat the same chicken and rice every day 3 times a day with 2 small meals, I was told absolutely no seasonings, after a few months I was hitting s wall and had very little progress, after awhile I threw in the towel with my previous trainer and met with brad, the first thing I was expressing to brad was the food was so boring and brads first words were, “bro, put season make your good good this isn’t a diet this is a lifestyle change!! He was right, my food got better my meal plans and my work outs changed weekly they were exaclty what I needed, not to mention the accountability was huge, Brad has become of of my friends over the years and he basically is not only my nutritionist but like a counselor ha he listened to my problems and also helped me with my life!! All I can say is key nutrients is a life changer not a diet changer!!”
