Love this podcast, very informal on all things nutrition and training. Brad is also hilarious and his story will make you very motivated. Can’t say enough great things about this podcast!

1st of all I would like to say he is an amazing person. He knows the nutrition and the workout plans really good . He will give you different diet plan every week. I got down from 16% bodyfat to 11% in just 12-14 weeks I wanted to gain muscle and loose body fat . He is the best.

I think I will move to Utah to be best friends with Brad and Michelle. This is the only health podcast I listen to that literally makes me laugh out loud and that’s why I learn the most from it. I binged it in a month and I plan on re-listening again!
