“These podcasts are wonderful! So far, what I have learned includes-reverse dieting, the importance of counting nutrients rather than just calories, AND that I have been starving myself of protein! I literally thought if I ate an egg, that was good!
They also introduced me to the “MyFitnessPal” app, which is immensely helpful, educational and fun.
