The real thing
If you want honest advice on nutrition, exercise, and how to be your best self, key nutrition is a good way to start your day. I found this podcast a couple of months ago and listening to Brad talk about his sobriety journey and how the principles for success parallel to your fitness goals is motivating and inspiring. The series of guests are awesome and led me to start 75 hard and subscribe to other fun, healthy educational casts. I relisten to my favorite episodes when I need to get back on track with my goals! So happy i found this!

Brad knocks it out of the park. He shares good information. Podcast shares a lot about mental health aspects too. Plus they usually have a funny story or two. So much good information each week.

I’ve been listening to The Key Nutrition Podcast for about six months now. I have learned so much about nutrition about fitness and about myself. I highly recommend giving it a listen. Brad and Michele are easy to listen too and seem to truly care about others and their clients.
