Love this podcast!
Your podcast popped up in my recommended and I decided to give it a try. I was hooked right away. I love the information your share about fitness and nutrition. I am currently taking a nutrition course and am hoping someday to help women with this. I’ve struggled to find a good nutrition podcast that actually keeps me interested. I love all the ideas you share and feel like I am learning so much from listening. I appreciate all the guest you have on as well. Also love that you’re sober!! Looking forward to listen to more.
