I’ve met Michelle, she’s either kinda nice or an absolute nightmare.
They claim it’s all about the food and mindset. When they should call it the take steroids and eat whatever and claim it’s natural podcast. Every guy there is covered in tattoos and eats steroids for breakfast lunch and dinner. There’s one that doesn’t have tattoos and he’s probably the rudest one of all. At least my nutritionist is a polite woman. Who knows how she tolerates the elevation of testosterone in that place.
