I typically donโ€™t listen to โ€œfitnessโ€ podcasts because I donโ€™t get excited about fitness through podcasts .. however .. this one is super authentic and easy to understand. I love the diversity of guests and topics. So refreshing that there is no โ€œthis is the one and only way to do it right โ€œ approach.
