Don’t judge a podcast by the cover
I kept seeing this podcast pop up in my Instagram stories but never listened. Honestly I thought it was going to be a total ‘meat head’ podcast. I was SO wrong. This podcast has given me so much knowledge and also opened the door for me to explore different areas of nutrition and a healthy lifestyle for myself. I would(and have) recommend this podcast to anyone at any stage of their fitness journey. I look forward to getting to the gym and listening to Brad, Michelle and all the guests they have every episode, I am going to be sad when I am all caught up! So please keep them coming!!!

I think I will move to Utah to be best friends with Brad and Michelle. This is the only health podcast I listen to that literally makes me laugh out loud and that’s why I learn the most from it. I binged it in a month and I plan on re-listening again!
