Fabulous Pod -5 gold ⭐️
I love this podcast. I found it about a year ago, while searching for a combination of sober mindset pods as well as lifestyle and nutrition. I like how honest Brad is with supplements and dieting cycles as well as the mindset around life as a whole. It hits home for me listening and hearing the message from a raw and real understandable vocabulary. Some of the healthy and science based nutrition pods are too technical. Brad “dumbs it down” for normies who want to understand at a level I understand. I like the variance in guests. As well as I love the addition of Craig to the pod. Keep up the good work Brad and team! I was able to relate to Brad’s journey and rebuild of life. Rock bottom is when we stop digging!

1st of all I would like to say he is an amazing person. He knows the nutrition and the workout plans really good . He will give you different diet plan every week. I got down from 16% bodyfat to 11% in just 12-14 weeks I wanted to gain muscle and loose body fat . He is the best.
