“There is really no excuse to constantly mispronounce the names of cities and towns. If you aren’t sure then do 2 seconds of research and find a pronunciation online. Duluth is a well known city and it was grating to hear it mispronounced over and over. Also, PLEASE slow down. You speak way too quickly for telling a story. Give time for facts to sink in, and for you to catch your breath so you aren’t gulping for air in our ears. Lastly, I felt like there were far too many opinions given throughout the story. Giving 3 theories in the middle of the facts is frustrating. Tell us what happened and then give your opinion on the matter after. She has a nice voice but needs to work on polishing things up a bit before I could attempt to listen again.”
