Without parental restrictions, the brother's ran wild and spent their formative years in and out juvenile detention. By adulthood, Carl and Wayne were convicted felons, serving time in the same prison, but the bars couldn't hold them. After escaping, the fugitives are reunited with younger brother Billy.
