“I used to love dateline, but it’s really just too sensational, and extremely biased I think towards the “femme fatale” trope. Super judge on women, it seems like because they’re women? Like she must have planned it because she’s a lawyer!?! Maybe women who are capable of being lawyers are also capable of experiencing abuse? Idk. It’s just that we have so many people who are able to share true crime stories without relaying alley on the anti-victim tropes.”
