“Probably about 80% of this podcast is recorded jailhouse phone calls. It’s great to hear directly from her, but the audio is tinny and as a listener it’s difficult to stick with it. This would be a five star pod if a good deal of the background story were simply retold by the host. The impact of hearing directly from Crystal on major events is enormous, but there is a lot of background that could be edited better. The levels as they are are grating on the ears when listening through AirPods.”
