Great story but hard to hear and loud commercials

“I love true crime and this was a good one! It’s such a sad and compelling story. Very good job 😊! It’s difficult to hear her - might have been better with a few clips from her and the host relaying most of the information. I like to listen before bed and it’s jarring when pollo ad comes on and it’s SO much louder than the podcast. Maybe I missed it but I hated it so much I was looking for a subscriber option to not have to hear the loud chicken commercial and I don’t see that option. I’m vegetarian, so I don’t want chicken, so I’m biased. If another one comes out, just know someone is willing to pay a few bucks to never hear the chicken joint commercial ever again.”

Passive Language

“This story is told well, but it is so one sided. Plus, when she talks about what she *did*, she uses passive language ie “the g*n went off”… NO YOU CAUSED IT TO. I don’t like when stories are so one sided. (Obviously he can’t tell his side but i hope you understand what I mean.)”
