“I love this podcast. So much that I often find myself wanting the next episode as soon as I’m done. I recently finished my Master’s degree and during the summer, I was writing my dissertation. This podcast dropped about a month before I had to submit my dissertation, so naturally I was a walking disaster. I listened to the first three immediately, and was slowly dying when I had to wait for the weekly uploads, because this really was one of the only things allowing me to keep my sanity.
I like that it’s not extremely long, because my attention is less likely to waver (and while I do love a lengthy podcast for a drive or whatever, I inevitably blank out for some amount of time). I love that it’s the Cut—there seriously are some journalistic gems from them. The only thing honestly that I would love is if there could be a hotline to call! The amount of times I listen to an episode and I wanna call right in and talk about the subject with Bailey in the moment is ridiculous. Yes, yes I know I can email in and it be addressed on the next episode, but it’s not quite the same, yanno? ANYWAY, all in all, I 100% love love love kinda cute.”
