Hit and miss
The hit and miss audio quality on some of the interviews is rarely made up for by the content. Disappointing because I think I’ve missed some decent interviews with lifters that I’m interested in because the audio was so poor. I’ll keep checking in, but for now I wouldn’t recommend subscribing.

He has interesting guests on, but the podcast is so completely unedited that it's unbearable. Like his call with Sean Noriega got cut off so he released the last five minutes as a separate episode. Potential is there, but the first 10-20 min are a waste of time with the hosts bantering about nonsense. Audio quality is not great either.
