Great podcast
I recently discovered this podcast and listened to all of the great side bars, giving myself points for the things I already knew and taking notes on those I didn’t. The episodes are informative and efficient, without the frequent excess of laughter (I’ve nothing against laughter, but listening to other people laugh to fill up space is not why I listen to podcasts). I love that it mostly focuses on actual, doable cooking at home, rather than chefs, cookbook writers, food critics and exotic cuisines. Again, nothing against all of the above, but that’s why I eat out (or why I used to, and someday will again). I have always loved to cook at home so that we can eat nutritiously and economically, but I admit this year is taxing my love. I would appreciate more ideas on intentional leftovers to make for quick easy meals down the line.

Love the new format. Each episode offers a delectable window into a different home kitchen, guided by a master culinary interpreter.

She helps remove the stigma of having to have all the right stuff. Don’t have the time to make dried beans?...Read full review »
