“I like my podcasts straight and to the point. For my tastes, Kim takes too long to make her point. I want info, not what passes as entertainment. But what pushed me to drop this podcast was wrong info provided by a guest who gave tips about Amazon. The guest said that Amazon ‘makes’ Amazon’s best products such as cables. I consider this to be a literal statement. While Amazon does design many of their more important products like the Echo and Fire tablets, Amazon just buys batteries, cables, etc. from other generic manufacturers. But when the guest claimed that the cables were ‘just as good’ Kim accepted the statement as fact. No testing was referenced. As someone who has had Amazon Lightning connectors corrode, I firmly believe that they are not as good as Apple or Belkin cables. I get my tech podcasts elsewhere.”
