Excellent, entertaining and thought provoking
I'd recommend this, and Kunstler's writings, to anyone who has wondered why so many of the cities we live in are dull, drab and generally not nice places to be. As much about peak oil as it is about architechture and urban design, Duncan and James always manage entertain and at the same time educate about the type of cities we would all benefit living in. Just great, I listen every week.

A cogent, ongoing discussion of the numerous issues facing 21st century America. The presentation is not at all pedantic; more like sitting around a bookstore eavesdropping on a fascinating conversation.
