So genuine and authentic!
Ali is someone who I hope to meet in person one day and hopefully become friends because her genuine, love-filled, caring personality shines through in everything she does from this podcast, to her Instagram, and to Oat Haus. Ali is so inspiring to me as I hope to own my own business one day, the episode she released about the ins and outs of running a company (if you are interested in starting a business go listen to it! It’s called “if you’ve ever considered starting a company this episode is a *must listen*”) taught me so much and I very much appreciated her brutal honesty about the difficulties that come with running a business while also encouraging anyone who wants to follow their heart/dreams to go for it! I just love this podcast and I recommend it to everyone and anyone who wants to learn something but still feel like they’re having a conversation (albeit one-sided but nonetheless) with a friend!!!

Ali hits all the hard subjects about disordered eating, binging, body image and the behaviors that encompass all of it. Her rawness in these first couple episodes is refreshing. She adds a light fun air to the podcast that keeps me listening!

I listened to episode 1 and 2 back to back and can’t wait for more. Ali (and her amazing granola butter) is funny, heart-felt, and just a joy to follow and listen to. Thank you for sharing your recovery story, it means so much!

Love hearing conversations between strong women, discussing topics that have been taboo for too long. Looking forward to future episodes!
