If you like learning about leadership, are a leader, or want to be a leader...listen
Been listening to this podcast for what has to be a few years now and have really seen personal growth in myself from a leadership perspective, but also from a personal “zen/happy/peace” perspective. When I started listening I started to personally pick up on my flaws as a leader, but as I kept listening, I started to feel more comfortable asking and taking tough criticism, that was constructive but I felt that I avoided because I didn’t want any criticism. As I get ready for a challenging season ahead, I find myself in an intense season and growth and I plan on following the steps outlined on the Pod. I started reaching out to experts in my field just last week. I’m really grateful for Doug. I honestly found this pod because I was so upset with my leaders at the time (the higher ups above me) and I wanted a pod that would inspire me to stop me gossiping, losing a passion for what I do, and actually help me find the fire to help me carry out our mission statement to the best of my abilities in - a rising tide lifts all boats. Thanks again to Doug and the L3 Leadership pod, I hope to connect in person soon.

Doug does an excellent job with this podcast. His interviews have a really nice flow to them and he asks relevant questions that provide valuable insight to the listener! The episode with John O’Leary was my favorite and stuck with me for days after listening to it. Keep up the good work!
